Terms for browsing, ordering, shipping, returns, and product information on Kirei Sol.
Payments and Prices
While we try to ensure that all prices and information on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change or update information. If we discover an error in the price of merchandise you ordered, we may ask you to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices shown in the catalog do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Payment is currently coordinated in Indonesian Rupiah for Indonesia shipments. When online payment is enabled, payment must be completed within 1 x 24 hours to continue processing. Vouchers and discount codes apply according to the terms of each promotion.
Changes and Cancellation
We do not offer order cancellations after payment has been made. During the WhatsApp-first launch flow, an order is not considered fully confirmed until Kirei Sol confirms availability, shipping details, and payment instructions through the approved contact channel.
Colors
While we try our best, we cannot guarantee that colors shown on the website exactly reflect the clothing colors in reality. Colors may appear differently depending on screen type, display settings, lighting, and photography.

Resale Policy
Products purchased on kireisol.com are for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order, you certify that you are purchasing for personal use and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Shipping Policy
Currently, Kirei Sol ships only to areas in Indonesia. All shipments are shipped from East Java. Domestic orders are prepared during working hours Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 GMT+7. Orders made during Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days within East Java and 3-6 business days outside East Java, depending on destination and courier availability. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact kireisol@gmail.com for return or exchange confirmation and include unedited unpacking footage showing the issue. Confirmation from Kirei Sol is required before any return or exchange. Products must be mailed for return within 7 days after the package is received. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition unless received damaged, and must keep the secure seal and brand tag attached. Sale, discounted, preorder, and collaboration products are not eligible unless confirmed otherwise. We do not issue cash refunds; eligible refunds are issued as store vouchers for Kirei Sol purchases. Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers may claim product exchange once for each purchase. Return shipping from customer to warehouse is charged to the customer, while approved exchange shipping from warehouse to customer is borne by Kirei Sol.
